FAIR plan-higher prices
The Texas Fair Access to Insurance Requirements (FAIR) Plan Association has requested permission from the Texas Department of Insurance to increase the landlord insurance prices by 12% while the national average, according to the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI ).
