The defence attorney for a state trooper accused of killing her husband’s friend has alienated a judge to dismiss a murder free to its customers, says that the prosecutor is trying Gag witnesses.
Richard Galloway accused of Greensburg Deputy Attorney General Anthony Krastek trying to hinder his defense Trooper Kevin J. Foley, 42, Indiana County, command not to talk to witnesses Galloway or private investigators working for Foley.
