PepsiCo, General Mills, others complain coupon handler for $ 150M
More than 20 consumer goods companies, including PepsiCo Inc., General Mills Inc., and Johnson & Johnson, sued the nation states have the largest coupon handler, who say they lost at least $ 150 million in a coupon fraud scheme.

But the indictment was dropped in May after company officials agreed to help prosecute 11 people charged, including nine IOS officers and two executives of New Jersey-based Riya Coupon Services.
The fraud affected manufacturers nationwide, prosecutors said, but the case was in Milwaukee because the complaint was.
The complaint filed Thursday said the officials IOS and submitted fraudulent invoices for vouchers, which never met with the companies and received payments for them.
